When charging fees and expenses to customers, TSCM will explain appropriately, clearly, and not-misleadingly according to the complexity of the information so that the customer can fully understand the details. In addition, TSCM will clearly describe the content of the service and the fee for the service in the contract, etc.

In many cases, various Fees and commissions received by TSCM are composed of items such as acquisition fee, disposition fee, and asset management fee during each managing period, etc.
However, each item and the level of fee, etc. differ depending on the nature of each business and the characteristics of the transaction and target assets. Therefore, TSCM clearly presents in writing, prior to the transaction, the fees, etc. charged to the customer for each service provided.

After fully considering the customer’s trading experience and knowledge, etc., TSCM will provide important trading information of the transaction (investment schemes, expected profits, losses and other risks, trading conditions, etc.) in an appropriate, easy-to-understand, and non-misleading manner according to the complexity of the information.
