Notice regarding the application of Deadline
for Professional Investor Status

Pursuant to Article 34, Section 3, Sub-Section 2 of the Financial Instruments Exchange Law and Article 58 of Cabinet Office Ordinance concerning financial instrument business, Touchstone Capital Management Co., Ltd. hereby stipulates that our deadline for an application to change investor status to Professional Investor under the Financial Instruments Exchange Law is the first coming date July 31 after the application submission.
