Pursuant to the business alliance agreement concluded on March 31, 2026, DANTO HOLDINGS CORPORATION transferred 50% of our company’s shares to Tokyo Asset Solution Co., Ltd.

As part of a collaborative effort under our business alliance, we completed brokerage services for the sale of a property in Tokyo owned by Tokyo Asset Solution Co., Ltd.

DANTO HOLDINGS CORPORATION. has agreed to jointly advance its real estate asset management business with Tokyo Asset Solution Co., Ltd. and has entered into a business alliance agreement.
