SOLICITATION POLICY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW ON SALES OF FINANCIAL PRODUCTS

1.The Solicitation Policy

With respect to our solicitation policy required to be set out in accordance with the Law on Sales of Financial Products (2000 Law No.101,including subsequent revisions) (hereinafter referred to as the “Solicitation Policy”) Touchstone Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Touchstone”) has established the following rules as the Solicitation Policy and makes efforts to provide appropriate advices and explanations in complying with our client’s interests taking the followings into considerations; our clients’ knowledge, experiences in investments, financial resources and the purposes of entering into a contract(s) related to the sales of financial instruments.

In addition Touchstone makes efforts to provide appropriate advices and explanations so that our clients can fully understand contents of products, risks and fees associated with the transactions, and enter into the transactions at their own judgment and risk


2.Soliciation Methods Hours, etc.

Touchstone carries out proper solicitation in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law (hereinafter referred to as “FIEL”)., and other relevant laws and regulations.


Touchstone makes efforts to carry out solicitation during times, at places, and/or by methods convenient to our clients


3.Securing Proper Solicitation

Touchstone makes efforts to enhance internal control structure and solidify employee training so that proper solicitation in accordance with FIEL and other relevant laws and regulations is carried out, and have management and employees to continue improving their product knowledge to deserve our clients’ trust.

Touchstone makes efforts to improve its client services and deal with any clients’ complaints or request sincerely.

NOTICE CONCERNING ADVERTISEMENT UNDER THE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS AND EXCHANGE LAW IN JAPAN

Touchstone Capital Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Touchstone”) handles and/or offers a broad range of instruments and/or services; therefore, Touchstone is unable to indicate you, in advance, the exact amount(s) of or calculation method(s) for our fee(s) in connection with our offering instruments and rendering services.

Instruments (such as real estate trust beneficial interest, equity interests in anonymous association (Tokumei Kumiai)) handled by Touchstone may cause you to incur a loss due to fluctuations in the market value of real estate as underlying asset of instrument, rents, operating costs and interest rate, etc.

You may also incur a loss due to deterioration of value of real estate as underlying asset of instrument as a result of an extraordinary natural phenomenon, a large-scale natural disaster or defect of real estate; an increased cost resulted from amendment of the relevant laws, regulations, and/or ordinances, an increased tax burden resulted from amendment of taxation, etc. In addition, you may incur loss, directly or indirectly from contractual terms or legal/financial structure of instrument(s) involved. Because Touchstone does not guarantee principal or yield of all the products Touchstone handles, you as a client has to personally bear the risk of principal loss of instrument(s) you invest.

Our clients are kindly requested to review and confirm all the risks associated with individual instrument(s) and/or service(s) rendered by Touchstone via review of material including but not limited to pre-contract documents provided to you by Touchtone prior to execution of contract(s).
